This simple step helps ensure accuracy, avoids unnecessary appointments, and respects everyone’s time. Once pre-qualified, you’ll be able to schedule your tour with ease.

1. Pre-Qualify
Before scheduling a tour all prospective tenants must complete our quick Pre-Qualification Form. It takes less than a minute—just click the button below:​​

2. Score 75+ points
If you score 75 points or higher, you will be directed to "Schedule a Tour" and have access to our scheduling calendars. Simply select your preferred time, and a representative will follow up to confirm your appointment.​

3. Confirm Your Attendance
All tours to schedule are completed by appointment only and are considered special accommodations. Management will reach out 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to confirm. If the appointment is not confirmed it will automatically be canceled.

4. If Your Plans Change

5. Score is 74 or less points
If you score 74 points or less you most likely will not qualify. You will be directed to "Contact Leasing" for additional questions and information.
